I can't seem to find a detailed tutorial on how to install your own fonts with this module...I tried following the directions I was given, and made a folder called fonts in the root directory...It's not working. Can someone tell me a detailed way of installing a font with this module?

I create a new directory called libraries in the sites/all directory and then a fonts directory within here. See example below

D:\www\sites\site.com\sites\all\libraries\fonts

Place all in this new fonts directory. You may find a few other modules that rely on fonts access them from here as well so it is easier management in the long term.

Once you have done this visit the signwriter admin page i.e. http://site.com/admin/settings/signwriter - you will need to be logged in as administrator.

You can specify the font search path here, relative to the root of your site. Using the above example you would enter "sites/all/libraries/fonts".

Now you will see the fonts when you create a signwriter profile. If you are still not seeing fonts check the font type, only ttf fonts are supported (although if you rename opentype to truetype i believe they work as well) and the extensions *MUST BE* lower case, so convert .TTF to .ttf. As long as the fonts are valid and not corrupt you shouldn't have any problems.
