Since I installed this module, I have a problem adding comments on the site. Every time I try to send a comment I get the message:! Name field is required.

You simply can not respond to comments because of this.
Does anyone have an idea of what it is?

Well do you use any wysiwyg editor like FCKeditor?

yes, ckediotor. and it is impossible to make automatic comments, for some reason ..

As you already noticed there is an own issue about Ckeditor. Marking this as duplicate
