Merge into password policy

It seems really silly for there to be so many password related modules as they all relate to a singular field in Drupal. Since there is a very slight move to merging some others with http://drupal.org/project/password_policy, I'm suggesting this for this module too.

In a perfect world, I'd use the Password module, but UI & functionality differences do appear to be reason enough for different modules.
