I need to create a term list - some with links - some not - using views

Hi everybody

I have created a simple node list in views. It lists only node names that have an associated taxonomy term, (passed by argument).

The only filter used is 'if published' and the only field that is listed is 'node name'.

I have checked the box to have the node name 'linked' to the respective node.

This view lists all nodes with the particular term and links to the node, but I want the full list of nodes displayed and ONLY LINKED TO IF THAT NODE 'IS PUBLISHED'.

how do I do this?
