Probably a stupid question, but any way: Where are the List and Filter tabs? I can't see them and I can't find any settings which add them. The url biblio/filter works otherwise fine.

I am using the following version:

Your not the first to run into this issue, and to be honest, I can only surmise that it must be something to do with the theme you are using. Have you tried switching to the default "Bluemarine" theme and seeing if the tabs show up?
