Hi,
I just build my first website with drupal and checked it in IE8, Chrome, FF and Safari and everything seemed to be ok. The site is on air and now I got the complaint that in some browsers there is an error with the rotating banner on the frontpage. With some browsers everything is just fine, but with IE6 and 7 the banner is put down on the page.
I made sure display: inline-block is changed to display: inline for compatibilty with IE. The float: right; doesn't seem to work in the older IE versions as well. I don't have IE7 on my computer, but viewed it with IE netrenderer. I also tried to use IETester, to compare the page in different IE versions, but that program seems to be very unstable at my computer.
Probably I might oversee something as I'm working all day at this, but I'm hoping someone can give me a clue, at this moment I have no idea.
The URL of the website is: http://www.nieuwamsterdamsklarinetkwartet.nl
If necessary I can post the css files. My template is based on the clean template.
Hope some can help me with this!
Thanks in advance,
Maarten

This topic can be closed. I solved the issue by editing the ie-lt8.css file of the theme I'm using.
