I don't see any available way to modify a sequence after it has been generated.
Is there something that I am just missing, or does this feature not exist?

Alexandros78 commentedThis is basic functionality and should be there, but it is not.
The workaround is to break a node out of the sequence (e.g. by changing its date) and then creating a brand new sequence based on that node.
gagarine commentedThis is definitely a feature to have but I will first work on bug.
MasterChief commentedYeah it's a good feature to have!
gagarine commentedThe problem is what are we doing with the already generated node? They have perhaps comments, rating, RSVP or other information attached....
I can only think about an "edit" than delete all the node than are not in the sequence anymore keeping the one having a date than match the new sequence.
MasterChief commentedYeah you are right delete all nodes isn't good.
gagarine commentedI need to know how you want to "edit a repeat sequence after generation". Ideas of UI/workflow are welcome.
MasterChief commentedHi gargarine,
i am testing your update and i just discovered that something miss in this module, i would like an option to generate all nodes of the sequence immediately, so this option is missing.
I like the idea of Alexandros, if i have understand, he said if we have for example a sequence of 10 nodes, and if we change the date of the 4th node, the 1st to 3rd nodes doesn't change and it's the same sequence, and a new sequence is created from 4th to 10th node.
Is it right Alexandros ?
And an essential feature is to can edit a sequence, it's not the case and it's very important!

gagarine commented@MasterChief can you open a issue for every different request?
About sequence editing. You want to be able to change the date of a node but not the sequence rule right? So you change the date of a node in a sequence and all the other should be "moved".
MasterChief commentedI wiil make new issues tomorrow :)
What i would like is to have is maybe a page with all sequences with the title of first node and when you click on edit on 1 sequence you can change it, like the date limit to repeat etc ....
About the sequence "moved", i think it's what Alexandros at #1 wanted, it would be great if he will make a post here!
