When content is not added to the WYSIWYG browser via settings errors pop up in the nrembrowser window. We should display installing notes or something of the like instead of errors.

Same Error if i had nothing selected in admin/settings/nrembrowser -> Node type settings

This ads a little bit more help for error to administrators and users when the nrembrowser for WYSIWYG does not contain any node types yet.

If no one responds by Monday I will commit. Otherwise we can change it around or commit it sooner.
