Like the title suggest i'm searching for a way to recompute all computed fields for a number of nodes, but without using the node_load() / node_save() method and of cause without manually edit/save them :D

Have you tried VBO (views bulk operations)? Its an addon for views wich can perform bulk operations over the nodes listed in a view you create. Time ago I tried it with computed field and it didn't work well but maybe you'll have more luck.
