I read these docs (which are AWESOME btw) for the first time today and had a couple of follow-up questions, particularly around the 'api' index of the 'export' addition to hook_schema(). I also had some trouble with my eyeball ping-ponging between the source code and the definition list.

Working up a patch to solve both of these. One moment.
