I searched for an answer but couldn't find one.

Does Mollom scans/considers user signatures when they post comments?

Mollom successfully blocks almost all spam attempts on my site, but most of the spam that gets published are "useless and harmless comments" that include unwanted spam links in the user signature. (this means the spammer successfully created an account first)

If Mollom does not consider user signatures when looking for spam, I would turn this issue into a 'feature request'. Thanks.

Good idea! As of now, user signatures are not covered yet, but you can surely protect the user registration form already.

New features go into the Drupal 7 version first and may be backported later on.
