Releases for Rubik

Important: this release changes the way Rubik's CSS files are formatted and organized. If you developed a child theme based on Rubik, please check if your styles are applied properly.

This release primarily fixes an issue with 7.x-4.0 #2260427: rubik.js throws an error that was cause JS issues on some ajax forms like multiple image uploads.

This is the first and probably only release candidate before version 4.
