location/directory summaries not sorted

This doesn't really become an issue unless one has a large number of Location enabled nodes in their system from a wide variety of places. The location/directory summaries view when listing countries, states/provinces or cities isn't sorted.

I've attached a patch to insert order by calls on the queries for the 3 country/province/city summary views.
