Install documentation corrections

Thanks for a very useful module! Please update the documentation so that new users don't go through unnecessary headaches...

1.) Currently, the install documentation says to create the event table for the module manually. However, a .install file is now included that will do this automatically. If users create the table manually and then activate the module, an error ("table already exists") is produced when the .install query runs.

Most importantly, the instruction to manually create the table should be removed. However, a note instructing users on how to manually create the table could be included in case the .install query does not run properly. It might be helpful to include both a sample command line query and a note on how to accomplish the same thing by "importing" the event.mysql or event.pgsql file in phpMyAdmin.

2.) The install doc says that after installing the module

[y]ou must then enable one or more node types to be used with the event system. You can do this by going to admin/node/configure/types and selecting a node type from the list.

I believe the path should read /admin/settings/content-types rather than admin/node/configure/types
