Workflow Tab Form Missing Node Content Conditions

Disclaimer: I may be missing something obvious here, but I'm definitely stuck.

Situation: I'm enhancing workflow with the Rules module, and I'm having great success. It's a very cool module. Most things are working great, but I have run into one piece that seems odd.

I've got a number of actions triggered via forms. With a content entry form (e.g. Page Node Form), I can set a condition based on Node Type. I cannot do the same thing, though, with the Workflow Tab Form. It tells me that 8 conditions are missing, including Node Module: Content has type.

This is when setting an action based on the form being built or validated.

Given that the Workflow tab form is specific to a single node entry, it seems like this info should be available.

Any ideas?

PS: My goal here is to be able to set different actions relating to workflow based on content type-- essentially, customizing workflows per content type. Worst case, I may pull the workflow tab from view.
