Export user last accessed date and date when they joined [#92718]

Could you add last accessed and date joined fields to the 'general' group in the profile_csv export settings page?

Have been using the Profile_CSV module with this patch for over a month now without any issues. As such I think it's suitable for committing?

I just created a patch (http://drupal.org/node/180981) that does the above and also exports a few other fields from {user}.
