JWChat login form does not work

The login form does not do anything other than reload the page. The attached patch includes the $output variable which holds the details of the JavaScript files which check the form onSubmit.

I can't get the window to pop up properly (it points to an invalid address, so just gives me a white screen in the popup window) on my non-clean URL environment. It may work fine in a clean URL environment.
