Nodecomment(drupal.org/project/nodecomment) allows people to have comments with cck fields. Can we have nodecomment work with comment driven?

I doubt it (but you're welcome to propose patches)
this module is meant to merge a comment form with a node form, not two node forms
and D7 comes with entities, therefore, there will be no more nodecomment
(and comment forms will be decent entity forms then)
