Issue Summary
The problem:
Page manager module is unable to enable node/%node because some other module already has overridden with eldorado_superfly_node_page_view.
BUT
I need panel nodes.

A tip for the solution.
Please take a look at the Vote Up/Down (VUD) module. VUD adds the vote-widged as CCK field without breaking the panel module.
