I manage a web site at www.judovictoria.com.au and have a problem getting the image module to work after moving from Acidfree. I have many modules installed but can't see a conflict only image.module related errors.

I am running it on IIS and MYSQL and have updated all versions of all components used.

Symptoms:
Default Image Path cannot be changed
MKDIR errors in line 91 of file.inc.

I have read all that I can find these errors and done all tasks suggested. All seem it piont to to access issues but I have made it by the book and it still does not work.

I run multi sites on the same server and have not problems with the other sites with the image.module.

And yes I have read the install instructions many times.

I when into the Mysql Database and change the path variable and that fixed the issue.
