Mail lists no longer appear with latest Exact Target update

Thanks for this great module...I've noticed that the mail lists are no longer appearing on the configuration page - so none can be selected. I think it has something to do with big update Exact Target made to their system. Any chance for a module update that will allow continued usage of this module?
