Issue Summary
i had installed blockregion about 6 weeks ago and had no problems. then when drupal 4.7.4 came out i immediately updated my site on the same day.
yesterday i came to do some work on my blocks and i couldn't do anything . drupal kept giving me the "validation error". i couldnt enable or disable any blocks.
similarly, when i tried to disable suspect modules i wasnt able to do so with the same message, until i came up to blockregion which did disable.
i have a multisite installation and wherever blockregion was enable i had this problem.
once block region was disable my module and blocks settings pages were once again working.
asking around, it seems taht 4.7.4 began using a form token see : http://drupal.org/node/89999 which probably is required but not implemented in the downloadable version of blockregion

This is a fairly urgent issue, it is PREVENTING THE MODULE FROM WORKING at all.
I would love to use blockregion, however with the validation errors I can't... Can we get a fix?

Applied an (untested) fix. Pls reopen this issue if that didn't solve it.

with the new patch
i had something like 45 themes enabled. (this is my test site and i had downloaded most of the available themes from drupal.org)
my personal theme was different than the default site theme
i enabled the blockregion module
my theme changed to the defautl site theme
in "my account/edit" i couldn t find any themes to change
so i went to admin/themes and found all i mean ALL the themes disabled. the default theme had the radio button next to it checked to make it the defaul theme.
after re enabling my themes. everything seems to be ok
i can live with that

cant live with it
i think what is happening is
if i change my personal theme, all the themes get unchecked.
its 1.30 am and i m not going to do any troubleshooting this late at nite
so goodnite

Still not working for me at all, if there is a fix PLEASE post it!

Changed the fix to follow more closely what's done in 4.7.4 block.module. Again I haven't tested, no time ATM. Please mark fixed if this works. If not, I'll return to this as soon as I get a chance.

i dont think it is working.
i added a new block to a theme and then switched themes as a user. the block dint show up.
