I have followed these all steps:

# Download and install the Disqus module into your respective sites directory (sites/all/modules).
# Enable the module in admin/build/modules
# Register your site at Disqus.com
# Visit admin/settings/disqus and set your configuration options depending on what you registered with on Disqus, as well as what node types you'd like Disqus comments to be present on.
# Enable the "view disqus comments" permission at admin/user/access or admin/user/permission for users you'd like to see the comments
# Visit admin/build/block to show some Disqus information in the block regions
# Disable Drupal commenting on the content types for which you have Disqus enabled. This will prevent Drupal comments from being open on new posts.

But nothing is working. I can see setting page of this module in my drupal. And filled its fields and save configuration. I have account on Disqus.com

But there is no feature of disqus module.
Please guide me.

I did all the above steps just like the other user, it was working and I switched on some other comment features and tried coming back to disqus, now it won't work. I can't seem to access the admin/settings/disqus page for some reason. it keeps showing me the admin page. i can't seem to get to disqus admin page at all. Oh btw, I can comment and i've disabled the normal drupal comments, all those are fine. it is just that i can seem to access the comments in my disqus account. there might have been a mishap in disqus settings in drupal module. but i can't seem to get to the disqus admin page. what do i do. i also can't access QuickTabs settings page just like this module. how do I pin point the issue in situations like these?

Try to search the /sites/all/modules if you accidentally placed the folder of Disqus into another module directory.

I accidentally placed the directory of Disqus in the Calendar folder. I couldn't see Disqus in admin/modules and neither in admin/configuration.
Maybe this is also the problem that you have with QuickTabs.

Yeah, this happens when your doing something when you're really tired :P
