flexicharges appear in store as zero

It looks like this may be the store module that isn't saving any of the misc field values?

The flexicharge is being added to the store correctly if it is a flat value, however if it is a percentage e.g. 17.5%
It shows up as 17.50 units of currency, rather than the percentage value e.g.

Quantity Item Price
1 Day Moisturiser with Natural Environmental Protection
£19.00
Shipping: £0.00
V.A.T.: £17.50
Flat Rate Shipping: £3.99
Total: £40.49

That just foobars the misc fields completely....

If your just adding:
$txn->misc[$key]->price = $amount;

What is $key??? it isn't defined anywhere in the function that I can see

: £3.99 <---- This is the "Flat Rate Shipping" looks like it has been inserted at the beginning of misc rather than in the correct place.
