Pageroute failed to include files with include_once - add leading period+slash

Includes should bee loaded with the period+slash at the beginning of paths. Without iit, hundreds of errors get spat out on the screen about failed includes.

Similar to the problem outlined in #235459: add leading period+slash to views_include()
