This is very strange to me, but sets of tags are being inserted everywhere in my zen sub-theme's home page...but they are not in any page templates...even admin menu is affected. When I switch out to bluemarine, the tags disappear. Has anyone ever heard of this? Any ideas on how to make it stop?

Turns out some content was posted into ckeditor that caused this.... after deleting formatting on the article, the issue went away.
