Who's online block reporting wrong [#93030]

I have two playground sites on different DBs that were both running on 4.7.4
After the upgrade, I noticed that the who's online block is displaying incorrectly. It is just displaying all the users on the site.

The count of users is correct, but the list is incorrect.

This is the case for both of my sites after upgrading. (and had the same behaviour for a couple of days now... so it's not sessions that has not expired)

See the screenshot. - I know that user sizeight has not signed in to the site for at least 8 months.

I can confirm this bug. I upgraded a 4.7.4 site to 5.0beta1. The 'Who is online' block is indeed not displaying the only online users, but also some other users who are definately not online (since i'm running this drupal copy in my private LAN only). Pherhaps it's displaying the most recently logged in users, I'm not sure of that though.

Not that the usercount in the text above the userlist (Where it says 'x user online and y guests') is correct.
