Can't See Link For Pending Comments and Deleting

Hi, I can't find a link in the comments administration section for seeing comment pending approval. But the url exists at admin/content/comment/list/approval and works.
I guess somebody forgot to include it in the local tabs?
I also wonder if a "check all" feature could be added to remove many comments at once.
