Hi,
I've installed this module but i don't undestand how can I setup conditional action?
What is the trigger to choose in conditional action form?

Thanks
Lorenzo

I'm faced with the same problem. I appreciate you providing this module and I'm wondering if you could provide step-by-step instructions for the setting up of the conditional actions. It's hard to find much support for conditional actions.

Thanks for the input. I'll add something to the install instructions that's a bit more clear.

If you install the module and click through to the conditional actions page (admin/store/ca) you should see a conditional action labeled 'Notify customer when a role is about to expire'. Edit that conditional action and click through to its 'Action' tab. You should then find 'check and invoke role progression' in the drop down listing available actions. Adding this as an action will trigger role progression as roles are about to expire.

Does that help?

I should also mention that the 'check and invoke role progression' action is available to the 'Notify customer when a role is revoked' conditional action as well. I've updated the documentation on the project page to reflect this.

No responses on the updated documentation. Pretty sure the new text addresses the concerns above. I'm going to mark this as fixed until I hear otherwise.

Hello. I am faced with the same problem. I am a newbie to Drupal and puzzled with conditional actions, as there is no clear manual to be found.

I have a webshop and I would like users to get feedback on every step they take:

- after posting an order (either anonymous, or logged in as user)
- after creating an account on my website
- after having paid

But I honestly do not understand how this menu works and where to start asking, and do not succeed in providing this feedback at will. Which of the predicates do I have to use to provide the feedback, and how should I configure them?

I understand this is a rather open question, sorry for that.

Kind regards,

Erik

I'll agree that that conditional actions documentation could be improved. Eric, your use case doesn't sound to me like one that requires the UC Role Progression module. Have you looked into the Ubercart conditional actions documentation already? You can find it at http://www.ubercart.org/docs/user/7657/configuring_conditional_actions. If that doesn't answer you questions you may want to post your questions in the overall Ubercart queue which can be found at http://drupal.org/project/issues/ubercart?categories=All.

I hope that helps.

Thank you very much, Mirabuck. I will read this thoroughly.
