Look at the forum, we have only two "Columns". The page below has "Three columns". How can I add the third "Column"?

adminsiter -> blocks

you have a choice to put blocks in the left or right sidebar.

This however, depends on the theme you have, if it is not already set up for having a right sidebar, you will have to create a region for it , then this region will show in the adminsiter -> blocks area.
