This is from the XML call to the USPS module. I do have a fulfillment center created with a valid zip. I debugged in usps.inc, and it's coming out of the XML response from USPS. As far as I can tell, the XML request looks valid before the URLencode. I didn't see a bug report already on this. Is anyone else getting this error?

biohabit commentedI'm getting the same error message, but I'm running ecommerce-4.7.x-1.x. I'm guessing my particular issue is with configuring ?q=admin/store/settings/shipcalc/usps, but this is my first time with the e-commerce module.

biohabit commentedOk I'm seeing the same problem on two different installs of drupal using two different USPS accounts, but they are on the same server; for a point of reference I enabled the e-commerce module on a different drupal 4.7.4 install and seeing a problem with the shipping module; this time you don't get any shipping options. So I'm wondering ....
1) what PHP modules need to be installed and
2) what server/network configurations (read: firewall) does the host need to allow in for the USPS shipping to work?

biohabit commentedI've tried setting up shipping calc on four different servers and all of them end up with the same error. Is this working for _anyone_ with a recently created account with USPS?

biohabit commentedThe problem was that my account with USPS hadn't been upgraded to being a "production" account. Once I called USPS to get the account upgraded the site started working correctly without issue. As no one appeared to have time to point this detail out, here is the URL for where to get the number.
