Is it possible to hook into Conditional Actions?

Hi, I like this module a lot and think it's a great addition to the Ubercart family.

I was wondering if it's possible to hook the delivery timeslot into Conditional Actions. I would like to have different (flat rate) shipping costs for different delivery days. E.g.: Delivery on Saturdays is more expensive then delivery on weekdays.

Is this possible somehow?
