How it work? Not show tags.

Hi:
Please. I have copied the modules clik2tag and Ctools, enable in the admin modules and then i don't know what are the next steps .... I don't know how to make it work.. ... it doesn't show any buttons to add tags.
Can you show the instructions to make it work.

1.) create a tag vocabulary
2.) assign it to a content type
3.) add content
4.) when you view the content, you can add tags
