After upgrading to Drupal 4.6.10 and MySQL 5.0.24 this error message is generated when posting a blog entry (and probably elsewhere too).:

Out of range value adjusted for column 'moderate'

Was noted as an issue with MySQL handling of empty strings being inserted to INT column type on Drupal.org at: http://drupal.org/node/51421

Was unable to find a patch here that might address this problem from a Drupal perspective. Suggestions welcome!

4.6.x is dead, and moderate has been removed since as well..
