import_typepad 6.x-1.1

This version of Typepad works with Drupal 6 unlike the 1.0 version which had to be patched.
This version includes all pending patches and adds a hook where code can override or correct taxonomy imports.
This version also support import of terms into a free tagging taxonomy.
