When I delete categories and containers, I have to manually delete the menus. Shouldn't the menus corresponding to the categories/containers be deleted when the respective categories/containers are deleted?

category_menu is not currently capable of deleting multiple mids at once.

I am having a look to see if I can fix this and simplify things at the same time.

I remember Jaza saying in a post sometime back that the code for this already exists and just needs an UI to be slapped together.

6.x is quite different, and this issue is quite outdated - over 2 years of silence, plus 4.7.x no more supported. So closing.
