When attempting to upload a flash file I get the following error:

The selected file pnz_flash_home3.swf could not be uploaded. The file is 40.26 KB which would exceed your disk quota of 8 MB.

I made sure that my PHP quote is set at 8MB and all the settings for the flashnode were set to the max as well. Regardless, even at the default of 1 MB a 40.26 KB file does not exceed 8 MB quota.
