I installed Drupal successfully from one compter and defined the admin account.
Than I again called the URL of the new installation Drupal again was asking me to define the first Admin account. I was able to login using the previously defined account and could verify that the account already exists.

A again defined a new account, but rupal again behaved this way.

Cheers, Rolf

All you're doing by clicking the "Create the first account" link is creating a new account. Only the first account you create will have admin privileges. The message is confusing, though. I guess ideally what happens is when the first account is created, the first bullet point is removed from the list.
