Title: merge urllist.module and gsitemap.module » deprecate urllist module in favor of Sitemap (gsitemap) module

Now that the search engines are using the same standard I believe we should provide notice to users of urllist module that they should move to using the Sitemap module and then in a few months we could remove the URLList project altogether.

Note, this module is deprecated. The sitemaps protocol makes the original intention of this module obsolete.
