I seem to be missing something quite important :) In the admin/build/donate table listing, nor in the "edit" link for each donation form on the aforementioned table, I cannot find a way to delete the donation form.

I think there's still a bit of a question mark on how to handle this. For data integrity reasons you wouldn't want to be able to just delete a form, at least not one that has had transactions recorded against it. Rather, I believe we'll be providing a disable button which will set the form's status to 0 and remove it from display and/or move it to a separate list.

There are some little bits like this that still need a bit of polish.
