The Site Name and Slogan don't show up in IE7, Firefox2. I haven't yet tested other browsers. Not sure if this is by design.

Confusion arises since theme settings have the options enabled and they still don't show up. I've tried messing with combinations of options with no joy.

This is an excellent theme all in all, very few issues compared to others.

This is by design, your site slogan will show up on (for example) your rss.xml page.

If you want some text in your header you can make a block en put it into the region header.
