It seems I'm only able to leave taxonomy notes for the top level path /admin/content/taxonomy even when leaving the note on page admin/content/taxonomy/2 for a specific taxonomy.

I can however manually edit the path in the database and the note shows up on the given path.

Perhaps there is a bug on how the paths are stored?

I see what the issue with this is. I am currently working on fixing this. I will let you know when this is completed!

Here is a patch for this issue. Can you please try it and let me know if it works? Everything in my environment seems to work fine. I did a test at /admin/content/taxonomy/1 and the correct path appears to work.

There does appear to be an issue with notes on the frontpage, but other than that all of my testing worked as designed.
