Notes don't submit [#933778]

I found this true on both versions, beta2 and dev.
Using the garland theme, the form submit button is missing on the admin notes block. I'm using the header block position.
On the zen theme, the button is visible, but doesn't successfully submit the form.

The only way I'm able to use the module is adding the block to the admin module's left panel. The above issues are true even with the admin module disabled.

Thanks for these bug reports tseven!

I cannot duplicate this issue. For me, Admin Notes works as expected when the block is in any region AND it is not enabled in admin.module. I included a couple of screenshots below of my setup. Perhaps you have some custom CSS for the header region that is not displaying the button? As you can see from my screenshot, the button is oddly positioned, but according to Firebug (second screenshot) this is coming from a style set in the default Garland stylesheet.

Marking this as 'needs more info' as I cannot duplicate. Can you give me a link to a test site that you are using (you may send it via my contact form if you would rather not share publicly)? I went to the address on the screenshot you provided, but it appears that you are working on the theming as there was no styling being applied.
