Just to be sure, there's currently no way to check a Flag Note value as a condition in a Rule?

I'd like a Rule to test a global Flag's Note on every page view, and it doesn't seem like I can.

If this is true, is this planned development at all? If not, would you prefer I add this as a separate module, or would you like a patch to Flag Note?

i'm not very much into rules module, maybe there's some workaround through conditions with custom php code
i had no plans about rules integration but naturally you can contribute with patches.
