If admin creates a new user, this does not show on the users' list unless the user has logged in.

It would be nice to have a config option to show all users on the system including those never logged in,

yep, good idea. also maybe link to troll.module for blocked users.

Just checking in to see if any progress has been made on this. I need to be able to see users who have never logged in as well as those who are active. Any suggestions are most welcomed

This version of User List is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
