Allow use of alternate gRaphael libraries and allow ability to specify use of minified or non-minified js version

This patch allows modules to define a GRAPHAEL_PATH constant to a separate gRaphael library, such as one of the other many g.raphael forks

It also allows modules to specify, in the theme call, whether to use the non-minified versions of the g.raphael files by including 'minified' => FALSE in the attr array.
