The configuration is now moved into the per block feature request #902652: Multiple block instances individually configurable

Like Nice Menus module, the SHOUTcast block now allows you to create multiple blocks with different stream configurations.

New install

1. Set the number of blocks to create in: /admin/settings/shoutcast
2. Configure the block specific settings as desired: /admin/build/block/configure/shoutcast/1
3. Set block in the region desired

Upgrading
Due to the config storage I created an .install file to transfer settings to the new key storage. This will hopefully create one working block if you have installed this module v6 previously. You need to only activate the block in the admin block settings & set the region for its placement

Permission change:
access shoutcast content -> access shoutcast detail
don't for get to validate your permissions

Todo:
* Error reporting setting not complete, setting currently does nothing although, if server doesn't respond with code 200 then block is not returned.
