I highlighted a word in CKEditor and clicked on the Link icon to insert a link; but found that I can't type into the URL field. I can, however, paste text into it.

I am also unable to type in anything in other popups including Table Properties and Paste as plain text. The funny thing is I can type in Paste from Word. That is the only popup box in which I can type in.

This happens in both Google Chrome and Firefox. I didn't try Safari or Opera.

Project: CKEditor 4 - WYSIWYG HTML editor » Panels
Version: 6.x-1.2 » 6.x-3.7

This happens only when adding a "New custom content" in Panels. In this case CKEditor opens in what seems like an AJAX modal box. I don't have this problem outside of that box. Might be a Panels issue so I'm reassigning it to Panels.
