and the discussion in one issue of Facebook-style Statuses (http://drupal.org/node/576278)

as a feature request:

it would be nice to have one mode of this excellent module that is abstract from the user - more as an aggregator.
not a total rewrite of the data structure, more some configuration options for the display of stuff (rss-poster-name/blogger-name instead of user-name for example)
