It is not possible to disable the collapsiblock functionality on a specific views block.

To reproduce this bug:
1. On the Collapsiblock admin page set the Default block collapse behavior to Collapsible, expanded by default.
2. Create a new Block with Views (or use an existing one) and make it visible on a page.
3. Go to the this block settings and set Block collapse behavior to None.

Even tough we disabled collapsiblock on this block it still shows up.

Hello

"Even tough we disabled collapsiblock on this block it still shows up." What do you mean exactly? The block is collapsed?

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Experiencing same thing... set settings default to open (or closed)... on individual views blocks I cannot turn the collapsiblock function off. The block just follows whatever the default settings behavior is, even if you set it locally in the blocks interface to do something else.

I tried to reproduce the bug on my installation without success.

Did you:
- clear all drupal cache
- clear your browser cache

Can you send URL and/or export the view? It will be really helpful. Witch theme do you use? Do you have the same problem with Garland?

Thanks for your help

I have the same problem. All of my blocks are collapsible, including my dynamic display block, which I cannot disable. I can go to Site Config-->Collapsiblock and select any of these: Collapsible, expanded by default; Collapsible, collapsed by default; or Collapsible, collapsed all the time; then select None for the ddb and it remains collapsible.

I don't want to select None for Collapsiblock because I have other blocks I want to collapse, but some I do not want to collapse. I use Diver, a Themeshark theme, that works perfectly with Collapsiblock 6.x-1.x-dev (2009-Sep-26). Is there something I can do to get the new version to work with my theme? I realize the new version does not include a theme folder in it.

I also do not like the little black arrows at the upper right corner of every block. My page has alot of blocks and looks horrible because they are everywhere. With the Collapsiblock 6.x-1.x-dev (2009-Sep-26) version, I have nice looking, light colored +'s and -'s that display in the upper left corner of the blocks that are collapsible, and nothing on the blocks that are not.

I reverted back to using Collapsiblock 6.x-1.x-dev (2009-Sep-26). I am attaching a .jpg of how I like the blocks to look in my theme. You can see the menu blocks on the left are collapsible with +'s and -'s according to if they are collapsed or not, and top Stories, Children and Teens are blocks that I do not want collapsed and they have no collapse indicators on them.

Thx!
